How it works

This website runs on a WordPress platform and features a plug-in named digress.it, which allows readers to write paragraph-level comments in the margin of an essay, transforming it into a socially networked text.

The digress.it plug-in (version 2.3.2) was developed by Eddie A. Tejeda under a GNU general public license that allows users to freely share and modify the code. Go to digress.it to freely start your own project using their standard version, or if you have access to your own WordPress server, download the code and modify as you wish.
